3、Cancellation Policy:

1)
 If any exhibitor who has already registered and paid can not attend the Exhibition, he must inform the Conference Secretariat in advance in written form by Email or faxes. The refunds will be 80% before 30th Jun,50% before 30th Aug of the total registration fee,no refund after 30th Aug which will be conducted after the Exhibition.
2)
 There will be full refunds if the Exhibition is cancelled by the organizer.
