Information
| (1)Passports & Visas:Any foreign visitors entering china must have a valid passport and the may be cases that a valid visa may be required. Delegates are advised to contact local Chinese embassies or consulates about the necessity for obtaining such a visa. We hope the delegate who wants an invitation letter for visa to fill the registration chart carefully. That will be helpful for us to make an invitation for you. |
| (2)Insurance: The congress fee does not include insurance. All participants are advised to arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of residence. The organizers will not be responsible for a loss or damage of personal belongs. |
(3)Currency: The official currency in China (Beijing) is RMB. Exchange of foreign currency is available at most of the banks in Beijing .
(4) Electricity: The voltage in China (Beijing) is 220Volts-50Hz. Foreign appliances may need an adapter.
(5) Credit Card: Major credit cards are accepted by big hotels, shops and restaurants.
(6) Weather: In October the weather in Beijing is cool and comfortable，you may enjoy a pleasant stay here.
(7) Language: Chinese is spoken through China, mandarin is spoken especially in Beijing, and many Beijingers can speak English as well.
(8) Attractions: Beijing prides itself on its abundant tourist resources. The city has some scenic spots available for tourists. It is home to the Forbidden City, the world’s largest royal residence, the Temple of Heaven where Chinese emperors worshiped heaven, the Summer Palace, the royal garden, the Great Wall at Badaling, Mutianyu and Simatai and the world’s largest courtyard Prince Gong’s Residence.
