3、Cancellation Policy:

 If any delegate who has already registered and paid can not attend the Conference, he must inform the Conference Secretariat in advance in written form by Email or faxes. The refunds will be 80% of the total registration fee, which will be conducted after the Conference.
2)
 There will be full refunds if the Conference is cancelled by the organizer.
